• Contact details: your WeChat ID or WhatsApp number, and any name you share.
• Session details: the subject, level (GCSE, A-Level or IB) and scheduling preferences you tell us.
• Messages: the content of the conversations you have with us about tutoring.

How we use it

• To reply to you and answer your questions.
• To match you with the right tutor and arrange session times.
• To deliver and follow up on tutoring sessions you book.

How we share it

We don't sell your information. We only share the details needed to arrange a session with the specific tutor you'll be working with. Messages you send over WeChat or WhatsApp are also handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

Retention

We keep your messages and booking details only as long as needed to provide tutoring and for our own reasonable record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just send a message on either channel below and we'll sort it out.
