These terms cover how tutoring with calmstudybuddy works. By booking a session with us, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.

Who we are

calmstudybuddy is a collective of IB students offering tutoring for GCSE, A-Level and IB students. Sessions are arranged directly between you and an individual tutor.

Booking sessions

• Get in touch over WeChat or WhatsApp to arrange a session; there's no online booking or payment on this site.
• Times, rates and format are agreed directly with your tutor before a session goes ahead.
• A booking is confirmed once you and your tutor have agreed on a time.

Rescheduling & cancellations

Life happens. If you need to move or cancel a session, let your tutor know as early as you can. Specific notice periods and any related arrangements are agreed with your individual tutor.

What you can expect from us

• Prepared, patient sessions focused on genuine understanding, not just exam drilling.
• Honest guidance about what we can and can't help with.

What we ask of you

• Turn up on time and ready, and let us know in advance if plans change.
• Treat your tutor with respect during sessions.

No guarantees on grades

We'll work hard to help you improve, but we can't guarantee a particular grade or exam result; outcomes depend on many factors beyond any single tutor's control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
